Rosemary’s Baby (1968) is a genre defining film for horror and suspense. It starts slow, but slowly increases the tension to the point I could hear my blood pumping. Mia Farrow excels as Rosemary, with a supporting cast that is just as kind or malicious as they should be (dancing around some spoilers here). The only thing I didn’t care too much for was the way it ended, but I couldn’t write anything better, and the ride still had a good share of thrills. Overall, definitely recommend, unless you have blood pressure problems.
